What services do you offer?
We offer a full range of oral and maxillofacial services, including wisdom teeth removal, dental implants, extractions, biopsies, treatment of oral diseases, and complex jaw surgeries.

 

Where are you located?
Our office is at 4969 E Interstate 20 Service Rd N, Willow Park, TX 76087, just 25 minutes from downtown Fort Worth.

 

What are your office hours?

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM


How do I schedule an appointment?

What areas do you serve?
We serve patients in Willow Park, Fort Worth, Parker County, and throughout North Texas.

 

Who is your oral surgeon?
Our board-certified oral surgeon is Dr. Todd Kovach, who holds both dental and medical degrees and has extensive experience in oral surgery and dental implants.

About Dr. Kovach

What are Dr. Kovach’s qualifications?
Dr. Kovach holds a DDS from Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry and an MD from Texas Tech School of Medicine. He completed a general surgery internship as well as an advanced oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Baylor University Medical Center.

What procedures does Dr. Kovach specialize in?
He specializes in dental implants, wisdom teeth removal, reconstructive surgery, and complex oral surgeries.

Dental Implants FAQ

A: It’s a small biocompatible post placed into your jawbone to replace a missing tooth root. A crown or bridge is later attached to restore natural function and appearance.

A: They offer long-term stability, prevent bone loss, look and feel like natural teeth, and do not require removal for cleaning.

A: Pricing varies based on the number of implants, additional procedures needed, and insurance coverage. A consultation will provide an accurate estimate.

A: Just like natural teeth—brush, floss, and see your dentist regularly.

A: Full healing of bone can take 3–6 months, but most patients return to daily activities within a few days.

A: No. Anesthesia or IV sedation is used during the procedure, and post-op discomfort is usually minimal and less than tooth removal.

Wisdom Teeth Removal FAQ

A: They often become impacted, which means they are unable to erupt,  leading to infections, damage to nearby teeth, and misalignment.

A: Under anesthesia, each tooth is carefully removed. The area is cleaned and often sutured. IV sedation is commonly used.

A: Most patients feel better within a few days. Eating soft foods and following post-op instructions helps.

A: Costs vary depending on the number of teeth, anesthesia type, and insurance. A consultation will determine your exact pricing.

A: You won’t feel anything during the procedure. Some soreness afterward is normal and manageable with rest and medication.

Anesthesia & Pain Management FAQ

A: We offer local anesthesia, nitrous oxide (laughing gas), and IV sedation.

A: Exparel® is an opioid-free, long-lasting pain relief medication given during surgery. It helps control discomfort for several days after the procedure.

A: During your consultation, we’ll review your medical history and recommend the best option for your procedure and comfort.

Technology FAQ

A: Yes. We use 3D Cone Beam CT imaging, which provides detailed scans for precise treatment planning.

A: Accurate surgical guides, Better identification of nerves and bone structure, Lower radiation exposure and Fewer surprises during surgery

Insurance & Payment FAQ

A: Cost depends on the procedure and your individual needs. We’ll give you a detailed estimate during your consultation.
