Q: Alright, Brandon, to start off, please tell us your name and the city you live in right into this camera.
A: My name is Brandon Michael Savage. I live in the small town of Gordon, Texas.
Q: Brandon Michael Savage. So Brandon, tell us, what was going on that required surgery? Why’d you have to come here?
A: I had to come here because I got this aching pain in my mouth, and I figured it was my wisdom teeth. My parents were telling me, “Ah, it’s about that time. It’s going to happen sooner or later, so that just started happening, and I decided to come check it out. My wisdom teeth were coming in, so I had to get those removed.
Q: Tell us about your first time coming in here. So you found out you needed to have you wisdom teeth taken out. What was it like coming in and meeting everybody?
A: Coming in and meeting everybody was great. The staff was friendly. They gave me no problems. They were – what’s the word? – sympathetic with me.
Q: Awesome. Were you nervous at all before the surgery?
A: Yes, I was a little bit nervous, because I’ve never really been put under with anesthesia or whatever they used, but it turns out there was nothing to worry about. It went great.
Q: Nice. Tell us about Dr. Kovach. Ho would you explain him to someone you’d never met before? What would you say?
A: He is very friendly.
Q: Sorry, do it one more time, say it with his name.
A: Dr. Kovach is very friendly. He’s a great man. I went in and as soon as I got in, he came and shook my hand and let me know who he was.
Q: Did he explain everything to you while you sat down?
A: Yes, Dr. Kovach did explain everything to me in great detail actually, so I knew exactly what was going to happen.
Q: Right on. And how did the surgery go?
A: The surgery went great. For the beginning part, it’s a little bit fuzzy because they put me under, but after that, the pain was gone. It was great.
Q: Awesome, so afterward, the pain was gone. So are you happy with your decision to get your wisdom teeth out?
A: I’m extremely happy with my decision to get them removed.
Q: Overall, would you say that you had a good experience here?
A: I had an amazing experience. It’s probably the best you can get.
Q: If you knew someone that needed to have their wisdom teeth removed, would you recommend Dr. Kovach?
