I first came to see Dr. Kovach because I had a root canal that went bad, and in fact, I had three fractures in the roots, so I had to come and get it extracted. I was very nervous. Going to the dentist — I never did that when I was young, so I'm nervous about seeing the dentist, but this work is really intensive, and I just didn't know what to expect, but Dr. Kovach and his staff made me feel very reassured. They talked with me, and they laughed with me, and they just made me feel like family. I just felt very comfortable with them, and by the time I left, I was looking forward to having the procedure done. He himself called to check and see how I was doing. I thought that personal touch was very special. It meant a lot to me. When I came back for my follow-up, he remembered me, the staff remembered me, and that to me meant a lot.
