Well, I had a real painful situation where it was difficult to even talk, eat, or drink, and I came to have him remove a bone spur from the interior of my jaw. I was referred to another local practice. When I contacted them, they wanted me to wait three weeks before I could get in to see them. When I contacted Dr. Kovach's office and explained the situation, they found a way to get me in the next day, which was very meaningful to me. Yeah, I really was nervous about the procedure. It wasn't like Dr. Kovach was just looking for a surgery. In fact, we did everything we could to avoid a major surgery, and I was very pleased with the outcome. There was no one else I'd have in mind to come to or to recommend to my family or friends.--Steve
